    • Yeah, it's Microsoft—they probably didn't change the original text.... But it's best to wait for the next Patch Tuesday to disable it. Thanks for your feedback. I'll try to release a new version in the coming days.
    • That's good to know that it is a bug. I'm on 26H2 and it still says this: https://imgur.com/a/JFbek5f Thank you for all of your hard work!
    • Hello, Thanks for your response. First of all, I can't see your image. I'm getting an “access denied” message. Uninstall driverscloud agent firstly. On the website, you need to click on the little person icon—you can change the site's language there (make sure you're set to English). By default (the first time) it corresponds to browser language. If you navigate to a French URL, the language will automatically switch. Finally, on the installer, look at the screenshot. On the left, you’ll see a drop-down menu. Make sure English is selected, not French. Otherwise, you’ll install it in French, and it’s normal for it to switch to French at the end. Following your initial issue, I think the website's language switched to French, and you weren't able to figure out how to change it on the website itself.
    • OK, I'll see if I can release an early version. That should be possible now that 26h2 was recently released.   Actually, since April, you've been able to enable and disable Smart App Control as you like. But there's a bug in the October update that prevents this. You have to use PowerShell. https://www.neowin.net/news/this-windows-11-feature-no-longer-requires-clean-installing-the-system-to-activate-it/ Thanks you for the feedback
    • I recently did a fresh install of windows and it defaulted to on. Either that or I turned it on during a setup prompt.  Right now it says in windows defender very explicitly that if you turn it off you have to reset windows to turn it back on. But that's not the case if you use PowerShell
    • I’m having trouble keeping DriversCloud in English. The installer starts in English but switches to French during installation. DriversCloud also keeps opening the French website at https://www.driverscloud.com/fr#toolbox instead of the English version. Here’s what I’m experiencing: The installer filename begins with DriversCloud_Win_*******_. Setup initially appears in English, but the installation progress screen changes to French. My browser’s display language and preferred language are English (United States). Browser translation is enabled, with French set to automatically translate into English, but the site remains in French. I’ve repeatedly tried manually translating the page without success. I’ve attached a screenshot showing the installation progress window in French.image.jpg Could you please clarify: How can I keep the installer and installed application in English? How can I make DriversCloud consistently open the English website? Is there a saved language preference that I need to reset? Is the installer filename above consistent with your official Windows installer? Thank you for your help!
Slipperz l'a apparemment activé manuellement.
    • Bonjour Charon (et tout le monde) Comment se fait-il que ce problème arrive chez Slipperz et pas chez nous ? Est-ce normal ? How is it that this problem occurs at Slipperz but not with us? Is this normal?
    • Hello, The signature bug has been fixed internally. But I can't release it yet because a major update is in the works.  Normally, if you disable it, you’ve recently been able to re-enable it whenever you want. Personally, I’ve already switched back and forth several times without reinstalling Windows. But in the latest update, there is indeed a bug that prevents you from re-enabling it. I don’t know when Microsoft will fix this bug.
