Website is not reporting any drivers for one of my pcs

Driverscloud service is not showing any drivers for this pc including this one which is named (Ethernet card)but no data at all. How can I get proper info about newer drivers for it ?

Hello Ian.

Have you launched the DriversCloud executable? This scans your PC and sends the scan information to the site, then your PC information is displayed, including any driver updates that are available.

Of course, for this to happen, your system must agree to launch the executable and send the data to DriversCloud...

I didn’t may I ask for further instructions on how to ? Usually all had done automatically on test of pcs

Ok I uploaded dc file to website created thru offline detection still same results - no drivers

yes , the configurations are anonymised seen in external. You will can delete the configuration when it will finished.

You have a network card RTL-8129 , it's a old configuration from 2007 no compatible avec Windows 10. There is no driver for this network card since long time ago. sorry.

yeah kinda old pc that’s why I wanted to get some new drivers for it. It is just finding one Ethernet card what about other parts ?

Yes I confirm that I've seen on this configuration. Your motherboard dates of 2007. There is no driver ethernet compatible for Windows 10. Your pc is too old.

In this case, a solution to be able to connect to the Internet is to use a wifi dongle (to be plugged into a USB port) or a recent smartphone (also connected to USB) and use the smartphone's "mobile hotspot" function - USB modem" with a wifi network...
