Bonjour,

Depuis quelque mois mon ordinateur portable acheté en janvier 2020 tourne a fond (ventilateur,chauffe vite,ram..etc) surtout quand je lance des jeux dessus qui marchait sans problème sans surchauffe ni autre au début même avec les graphisme au max

 

J'ai tenté plusieurs test que j'ai trouver sur internet :

  • Réinstallation Windows
  • Recherche antivirus 
  • Maj pilote graphique
  • enlever la compression mémoire 
  • Enlever le mode performance optimales de la batterie
  • Dism et Sfc
  • et autre outils de vérification processeur/ ram comme 
  • autres que j'ai pas en tète actuellement 

Généralement les processeur qui ont une consommation anormale sur mon poste son :

  • sychost.exe
  • WmiPrvSE.exe
  • Dax3API.exe
  • csrss.exe
  • DSRHost.exe
  • et le fameux ntoskrnl

il m'arrive parfois que j'ai des crash mémoire BSOD 

Ça dépend des jour mais parfois c'est tous en même temps et parfois quelque uns , et tous ça sans rien faire juste en étant sur le bureau avec aucune application(visible) ouverte.

Le consommation processeur atteint entre 7-20 ,la ram entre 10-35 et le disque entre 1-3 sans rien faire juste en étant sur le bureau et quand je vérifie ce qui cause cela c'est généralement ces processus qui cause cela

 

Pour moi il s'agit d'un problème qui s'est mal installer (c'est la solution qui revient souvent dans les différents forum) mais je n'ai aucun moyen d'identifier le pilote source sachant que dans les drivers aucune erreur est signalé.

Bonjour d'après ton bsod tu as activé driver verifier. C'est uniquement pour les devs. Il faut que tu le désactives. Ca peut provoquer des problèmes.

Lance une invite de commande dos en admin et tape verifier.exe

tu choisis delete existing settings. Redémarre et après dis nous si ca règle déjà le problème.

c'est une options que j'avais activé en suivant un tuto pour vérifier les drivers défaillant ,même si ça n'a rien réglé ,j'avais oublié de la désactiver.

la désactivation de l'option n'a pas réglé mon soucis .

Quand tu as terminé installe occt https://www.ocbase.com/download

 

et lance un bench du cpu. Donne moi les résultats et indique moi la fréquence en charge du processeur et sa température j'ai l'impression qu'elle est bridée.

 

Commence par çà,  en relisant ton premier commentaire il  a beaucoup plus de chances que ce soit ton processeur qui chauffe et se bride car mal ventilé.

et pour OCCT( j'arrive pas a insérer la capture) aucune erreur

le test linpack qui cherche les erreur CPU affiche une fréquence de 1795.95Mhz pour une température de 45°C

je me suis basé dans l'onglet Systeme->Intel Core i5->Fréquence pour trouver l'info et pour la température dans l'onglet Température et j'ai filtrer sur CPU [Partie Monitoring]  je précise car je sais pas si c'est bien l'info que tu recherche vu que j'arrive pas a insérer les captures d'écran

je remarque rien d'anormal.

Essaye de désinstaller le logiciel sound radar. D'après ce que tu m'as donné plus haut il bouffe du cpu.

Bonjour je ne trouve pas le logiciel sound radar par contre j'ai désinstaller les logiciel dolby altmos et dts unbound , et c'est encore pire maintenant j mon processeur frôle  les 40% et ma rame a 50% sans rien faire et les nouveau process (gourmant)qui s'ajoute a la liste cité plus haut sont:

  • explorer
  • DSRHost

je n'arrive pas a comprendre j'ai tous ses processus qui font chauffer mon pc alors que je fais rien dessus juste en étant sur le bureau ...

me conseiller vous d'installer une version plus récente de Windows (win7 par exemple ) ou si vous avez une autre solution

Je suis désolé de la  réponse tardive

 

J'ai mis a jour le driver en question mais c'est toujours pareil sauf que dans la liste j'ai maintenant explorer.exe qui me bouffe 30% du processeur sans rien faire 

la désinstallation/réinstallation du driver n'y change rien je précise que le drivers a été télécharger directement depuis le site de lenovo.

 

j'avais pensé a downgrade mon Systeme d'exploitation et mettre windows 7 mais je ne sais pas si cela peut résoudre mon problème car de mon point de vue c'est surtout un problème au niveau software car j'ai réalisé différents test comme des crash test ...etc et d'après les résultats sauf si j'ai mal interprété mes composants matérielles fonctionnement très bien
