  2. bonjour, après avoir désinstallé l'offre Windows 10 pour office 2016, le menu démarrer ainsi que Cortana ne fonctionnent plus et génèrent un message erreur critique qui annonce que menu démarrer ne fonctionne plus et qu'il serait rétabli à la prochaine connexion. J'ai tenté beaucoup de réparations préconisées par de nombreux utilisateurs mais vainement. Je précise que je suis utilisateur administrateur et que le second utilisateur n'a aucun problème. Qui a une solution avant de faire une restauration merci

  5. bonjour, Depuis qq temps je suis confronté aux écrans bleus au moins à partir du 5 septembre date à laquelle j'ai dû faire une restauration complète de mon disque dur . En effet, à la suite de la mise à niveau de bitdefender j'ai subi un effacement du disque dur. Heureusement j'avais une sauvegarde datant de mars sur DD EXTERNE. (merci Norton ghost). Problème résolu mais pour autant inexplicable. Or maintenant j'ai des plantages que je voudrais résoudre avant de pratiquer une nouvelle sauvegarde. Merci de m'éclairer cordialement
  6. je viens de comprendre l'observation de djromixunited01concernant la surchauffe effectivment la lecture de "surveiller matériel" fait apparaître une température de 70 ° pour auxtin. Ma question concernant la carte graphique n'a plus lieu d'être puisque la température me semble normale. A quoi correspondent ces composants auxtin d'une part et d'autre part je m'étonne de cette très haute température parce que la tour est bien fraîche. Une température aussi haute n'aurait elle pas des répercutions sur l'ensemble du pc ? Merci et bonne journée
  7. cette réponse ne m'étonne pas mais puis-je savoir comment cette surchauffe est elle visualisée ? cette surchauffe peut elle être due par le ventilateur carte graphique ? Depuis un certain nombre de mois j'entendais un bruit genre ventilo notamment quand je bougeais l'adaptateur prise bleue hdmi branchement de mon écran - il me semble que le bruit est devenu beaucoup moins intense depuis qq temps Merci et bonne journée

  9. Bonjour, Mon problème de clé USB SANDISK n'a toujours pas trouvé preneur. Je viens le réactiver en apportant des éléments nouveaux. En effet, j'ai une nouvelle carte mère et DD et contre toute attente le dysfonctionnement demeure . Mon PC est-il ensorcelé ? J'ai consulté différents forums et je constate que je ne suis pas la seule à être confrontée à ce mystère. J'ai évoqué ce pb avec un technicien qui a constaté que cette clé est invisible sur 1 de ses 4 PC - je précise que j'ai reformaté la clé en nfts et en fat sans succès Merci de votre aide
  10. Bonjour, mon pc ne démarrant plus j'ai voulu restaurer avec ghost puis réparer win 7 puis réinstaller complètement win 7 toutes ces opérations ont échoué. Il semble qu'il n'y a plus d'endroit pour accueillir la réinstallation. disque dur disparu . bien sûr le bootmgr est introuvable c'est le message qui apparaît aux tentatives de démarrage. Y a t il une opération à effectuer sur le BIOS ? carte mère p5k se . Merci de me venir en aide.
  11. En fait j'ai réalisé que la corbeille été dénommée "recycle" (je précise que ce dossier était masqué) il a suffi de le renommer pour supprimer l'anomalie- Pour ce qui me concerne le problème est résolu j'espère que ma solution pourra aider qqu'un Bonsoir
  12. Je ne sais pas si je suis sur le bon item pour expliquer le problème que je vous expose ici. Mon dd est partitionné c pour le système et d pour mes documents. Depuis ce matin je reçois sur le bureau un message comme quoi le contenu de ma corbeille sur le D est endommagé et on me propose de vider entre autres fichiers $r8j0asr qui date de 2008 ce que j'accepte bien volontiers sauf que rien ne se passe. J'ai bien sûr essayé de visualiser cette fichue corbeille qui reste invisible malgré ma demande d'afficher les dossiers cachés - Merci à celui qui me viendra en aide
  13. j'ajoute que je viens de me rendre compte que même mon tomtom ne réagit pas de la même façon en fonction du pc auquel je le raccorde - Cela ne démontre t-il pas que mes ports USB ne sont pas des plus performants : Y a T-il un moyen de les améliorer ? la carte mère est -elle en cause ? bonne journée à vous

Je vviens d'acheter une nouvelle clé usb cruzer 8 gb - elle ne fonctionne pas sur mon PC w7 (impossible d'y accéder elle est vide) et pourtant elle figure bien dans périphériques en tant que périphérique de stockage avec une lettre mais c'est tout. cette clé fonctionne très bien sur mon autre PC également win 7 - Sur les conseils de sandisk je l'ai reformatée et toujours le même problème - je précise que sur ce même pc j'ai une vielle clé de même marque mais capacitré moindre qui fonctionne parfaitement- Merci de me venir en aide . bonne fin de journée

    Si j'ai bien compris il faut ouvrir le PC pour vérifier si les 2 ports USB sont reliés à la carte mère ce que je ferai demain - Autre problème j'ai acheté une nouvelle clé usb sandisk cruzer usb 2 flash drive-elle n'est pas totalement reconnue- elle figure en tant que périphériques mais c'est tout c'est un grand vide - je précise que la clé fonctionne sur un autre PC - Merci de votre aide

    pour ce qui concerne l'installation du pilote intel la méthode préconisée par pat43 m'a permis de résoudre le problème de mise à jour pilote intel En revanche les ports usb en façade n'ont jamais fonctionné peut on dire qu'ils étaient défectueux ? D'ailleurs comment peut on faire pour identifier les ports usb par rapport à la liste figurant au gestionnaire de matériels ? Merci pour tout

    après avoir obtenu la configuratiob de mon pc il m'est indiqué qu'un composant pourrait être mis à jour en l'occurence "Intel Chipset Device Software version 9.2.0.1025 WHQL" hors il m'est ,impossible d'effectuer l'opération. En plus je ne sais pas faire le lien entre le composant dont il est question et ce nouveau pilote Merci de votre aide

Bonjour, Il me semblait que les 2 ports USB en façade n'étaient pas actifs hors je branchais sur un de ces ports une clé USB hp v210w à titre de rangement jusqu'au moment ou cette clé est devenue brûlante et bien sûr elle ne fonctionne plus. probablement cramée. J'ai besoin d'explication à défaut de pouvoir réparer la clé. merci d'éclairer ma lanterne : Qu'a t il pu se passer pour produire une telle surchauffe et qu'elle peuvent en être les conséquences bonne journée
  19. j'ai scanné avec malwarebyte et bitdefender apparemment aucun problème si ce n'est que quelques fichiers compressés (dans nero)ne peuvent être examinés merci pour toute aide cordialement @+
